Häppy Candy - Italian Summer

I tried Häppy Candy for the first time today after being gifted a bag, and I have to say, I immediately loved them. They’re made with all natural ingredients, colored naturally, and have 70% less sugar than typical candy/ fruit snacks. The sweetness level is just right: not overpowering, but still a genuinely enjoyable treat. The flavor is delightful, and I really appreciate the quality of the ingredients (I always check labels carefully, especially for my kids).

That said, the price is where things get difficult. After trying them, I went to the website thinking this could be a great alternative snack for my four kids. But at $30 for six small pouches (1.8 oz each), it just doesn’t feel practical. For comparison, a standard fruit snack pouch is about 0.7 oz, and my kids usually eat two each, so one box of Häppy Candy wouldn’t even last a single afternoon snack in our house.

For reference, I typically buy all natural, naturally colored fruit snacks in bulk, 100 packs for around $12, so the cost difference here is significant. While I truly love the taste and the ingredient quality, the price point makes it hard to justify as a regular purchase for a larger family.

Overall, a fantastic product in terms of flavor and ingredients, but affordability is a major barrier.
